Right of Refusal & Accreditation Standards

PFW reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or revoke KOL accreditation at any time — including after approval — if an applicant is found to have misrepresented their reach, produces content inconsistent with professional standards, or uses their accreditation for commercial solicitation. Accreditation is non-transferable.

Content & Conduct Standards

PFW accreditation carries professional obligations. Please read the following carefully before confirming your declarations. Accreditation may be revoked at any time — including on-site, without prior notice — if these standards are breached.

Content standards: You will not publish defamatory, misleading, politically inflammatory, or factually inaccurate content in connection with PFW, its speakers, or its partners.
No misrepresentation of PFW: You will not attribute views, statements, or positions to PFW or its speakers that were not explicitly made on the public record.
Closed-door confidentiality: If granted access to any private session or policy dialogue, nothing from that session may be published without explicit written permission from PFW.
No commercial exploitation: Your accreditation may not be used to solicit paid partnerships, sponsored content deals, or commercial arrangements with PFW speakers, partners, or attendees — during or after the event.
Social media conduct: Live posting from the event must be accurate and contextual. Selective quoting designed to mislead, provoke, or damage reputation is grounds for immediate revocation.
Post-event obligations: Content published within 30 days after the event referencing PFW must remain accurate and may not misrepresent what took place.
Revocation without notice: PFW reserves the right to revoke accreditation on-site, in real time, without prior notice or right of appeal, if any of the above standards are breached.

Declaration 1 — Accuracy: I confirm that all information provided — including audience figures, content samples, and platform links — is accurate and complete. I understand that misrepresentation will result in immediate disqualification and revocation of any accreditation granted.

Declaration 2 — Editorial use only: I understand that KOL accreditation grants event access for editorial coverage purposes only. I will not use my accreditation for commercial solicitation, paid promotions, or activities inconsistent with independent editorial standards.

Declaration 3 — Content standards: I commit to producing content that is factually accurate, contextually fair, and free of defamatory, misleading, or politically inflammatory material in connection with PFW, its speakers, partners, and participants.

Declaration 4 — No misrepresentation: I will not attribute views, statements, or positions to PFW, its speakers, or its partners that were not explicitly made on the public record. I will not publish content from any closed-door or private session without explicit written permission from PFW.
